Spring in my step...

This is my first real blog post... I've been toying with the idea of starting one for a while now but being a fashion student and a make-up artist my heart told me to do a fashion blog, my head a beauty blog.. so without wanting to be disloyal to either i choose to do both!

Spring is most certainly creeping up on us... however slowly i feel her in the air and this week was the first week since i can remember when i was able to leave the house without a coat or jacket... admittedly slightly premature as the breeze was somewhat brisk but it felt good nevertheless! 

My ultimate style icon(s) are the Olsen twins.. original i know.. but it my eyes those twins can do no wrong and can even manage to pull off the most 'tramp-esque' looks. So when i saw this skirt it immediately resinated with their style... I love the brand MinkPink and when i saw this little beauty i had to have it... and to my delight it was even in sale. Winner!
